Hi there! I’m Susie Thomsen, a Certified Nutrition Coach with a passion for helping women feel their best in ALL seasons of life!


I know fully that the way women feel has a deep impact on the roles we play as wives, mothers, friends, and co-workers. If we are not feeling our best, how can we serve those around us well? 


After a decade of focus and intention on creating habits around exercise, nutrition, and stress I have found some KEY strategies towards feeling my best. Will these strategies work for YOU? Maybe!


We are all so different – unique goals, needs, and lifestyles. My approach is not a one-size-fits-all. I start with the basics of Nutrition, Exercise, and Stress Management and then we begin to work TOGETHER to learn about what works for you!


Over time, YOU will develop habits and strategies to feeling energized, enjoying the foods you consume, and the movement you choose.


As your Wellness Coach, it is truly my passion and honor to walk alongside you throughout this process and I SO look forward to graduation day for each and every one of my clients!

As a certified Nutrition Coach, I understand the weight and frustration of feeling like a better lifestyle is out there for you, but not knowing where to turn to first.


That’s why my mission is simple: give my clients the wellness education, tools and resources that they need to feel happy, healthy, and capable of managing life’s pressures.

Part of the process, however, is unlearning the habits and lies you believe that get in the way of you moving forward with wellness.
